Gifts That Give Back from Oprah's Favorite Things (2024)

Gifts That Give Back from Oprah's Favorite Things (1)

We love a gift-giving strategy that effectively doubles holiday joy—and that’s choosing gifts from companies that donate a portion of their profits to charitable organizations. We also like that you can decide what to buy in two ways: You might pick something that’s just right for someone on your list (that happens to support a cause near and dear to your heart). Or you might start from the other end of the equation: Think of a problem your favorite person wants to help fix, then find a brand below that supports organizations dedicated to that cause. Voilà! A present that will delight your recipient, body and soul.

That’s why we pulled together a list of the companies on this year’s Oprah’s Favorite Things list that are giving back—removing ocean plastics, supporting unhoused youth, fighting food insecurity, championing environmental causes, and more.

Take a look—we think you’ll find a way to make giving twice as nice this year.
