Perfect Rollers
I am loving them so far. I get waves and volume. I bought two packages to have enough for my long hair. I use a long/big bobby pins to hold them in place.

Never Used theses type of rollers before, but they did give curl, very easy to use.

Dummy proof
I am not a hair girl and have thick long Asian hair. These are super easy to use and feel just the right weight and not flimsy like others I’ve tried and failed with. I just secure them with a few bobby pins and lightly damp my dry hair, then blast it dry with a hair dryer. I go on getting ready for 20-40 minutes and once I take them out they stay all day even without hairspray! Love them, I will get a second pack to be able to do my entire head of hair.

Wonderful set!
This 4 pc set is a great find and wonderful to use when you want big, bouncy beautiful curls! I have a lot of hair and each roller is large enough to curl big sections of my hair. Love this set!

A must have
I have really long, fine hair. I bought these to use on the top of my hair ( along the part ). With my hair really long it has always been a challenge to get lift and volume that stays. My hair length usually weighs it down. First try with these and I had lots of volume and the area where one usually has bangs stayed full and flipped back. I just lightly sprayed my hair with a mist of water and placed rollers in. Let them set an hour or so and they worked wonderfully. Glad I decided to try these !!! Once again, a great product from Kitsch !!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!
I have long, thin hair and these rollers give me so much VOLUME and make my hair really smoothe after blow drying!!! My pictures don't even do the volume I get justice. I love them so much!! Highly recommend!

Great volume! Nice rollers! Wish there were 2-4 more in the package. Clips are needed but not mentioned in instructions.
I really like that these rollers are thermal. It really is a unique product and they very successfully gave my hair the volume they claimed they would! Putting the rollers in was challenging mainly because the instructions provided on the packaging did not mention the use of clips to hold the rollers, and therefore implied that with the velcro effect would stay in on their own. I'm so glad I looked at the picture from the website because I noticed the model had clips in with these rollers and that helped me realize that it wasn't user error causing the rollers to fall out of my hair and that I needed to use clips to keep them in. Additionally, I think the pack should include 10 or 12 rollers instead of 8. I had a lot of hair on each provided roller and still had three remaining chunks of hair that didn't fit on one of the 8 rollers.
Overall I loved the results of the rollers and they are made well but the instructions need to be updated. It would be neat if there was an option to buy a 12 roller set, and a bundle option with the clips would be neat too!
Sharing photos of my first time using the rollers (lots of opportunity for a cleaner technique lol).

U n happy
Very disappointed in these rollers. I bought 3 packs so I could use the medium size rollers. They do not stay in my hair, and can’t find any large clips to hold them. Unfortunately, I pitched all the packing material or I would take them back to the store.

I’m sorry to hear the rollers aren’t meeting your expectations. Here are a couple of suggestions:
You might try pairing the rollers with bobby pins or claw clips to secure them, especially for thicker or slippery hair. Lightly dampening your hair or using a styling product before rolling can also help them grip better. We appreciate the feedback!
