Three Brooklyn pitchers combined for a nine-inning no-hitter and Jesus Baez hit yet another home run. Francisco Alvarez caught all nine innings of the no-hitter for Brooklyn.

Triple-A

The Syracuse Mets/St. Paul Saints game was postponed and will be made up Thursday, June 9 beginning at 6:07 ET as part of a doubleheader.

Jesus Baez and Colin Houck provided almost all of the offense for St. Lucie on the day. Houck especially has seemed to begin to figure it out at the plate after a rough start to the season. Jeffry Rosa continues to struggle with his promotion, going 0-for-4 with two strikeouts on the day.

Ewing was making his full-season debut.
